Here at SPD Staffing, we are partnering with the states sixth largest healthcare system, that operates six hospitals, numerous outpatient and surgery centers and, the regions only Level II trauma center!

We are helping them find a DYNAMIC PACU Manager to join their team! The right candidate will be responsible for advocating and utilizing resources to promote efficient, effective, safe, quality, and compassionate nursing care based on current standards of practice.

Main Responsibilities:

• Integrate clinical, human resources, and financial data to support decision making.
• Promote research and integrates evidence based practices into clinical, operational, and leadership processes.
• Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, ancillary department and other customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

Qualifications and Education:

• Current North Carolina license or license pending results of State Board.
• MSN or BSN degree with an MBA/MHA or other related field.
• Minimum five years of recent nursing experience with two years in relevant clinical hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
• National certification in area of specialty within one year.
• BLS healthcare provider.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $80-127k, DOE
• Possible sign on bonus/relo for the well qualified candidate.
• Matching 401(k) contributions ranging from 3-9%.
• PTO starting at 4 weeks per year.
