Here at SPD, we are teaming up with the largest living donor kidney transplant program in the nation. We are helping them find the right candidate to effectively assess, plan, evaluate and communicate processes and plans of care! 

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assessment: Conduct comprehensive, timely, and ongoing focused physical, psycho-social and pain assessments; includes assessment of patient education needs.
• Planning: Utilizes the assessment, identifies problems, makes nursing diagnoses and formulates goals, teaching plans and outcomes to create an individualized plan of care.
• Evaluation/Reassessment: Consistently conducts timely evaluation, anticipates and recognizes changes in patient conditions, determines when reassessments are needed and adjusts the plan of care accordingly. Compares expected and achieves outcomes of nursing care utilizing the plan of care.
• Communicates effectively with peers, supervisors, ancillary department, and other customers.

MUST HAVE Qualifications and Education:

• Graduate from an accredited diploma, associates, or bachelor s degree nursing program.
• RN license to practice in the state of Texas.
• BLS and ACLS healthcare provider.
• 2 years of clinical experience as an RN and 2 years of experience in telemetry.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $26.00-$3.53, DOE
• Sign on bonus up to $10k and relo up to $5k.
• PTO starting at 4 weeks per year.
