Here at SPD Staffing, we are teaming up with a 478 licensed bed, full-service acute care hospital in the heart of the Inland Empire!

We are currently recruiting a Medical Intensive Care Unit RN to:

• Function as a member of patient care team in providing competent care to patients according to their individual needs.
• Coordinate patient care and delegate responsibilities to team members within their scope of practice and competencies.

Job Qualifications of the MICU RN:

• California RN License - WILL NOT ACCEPT PENDING LICENSE.
• BCLS.
• ACLS (within 30 days of hire).
• PALS Preferred.
• National RN Certification Preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum: 1 year of critical care nursing in ICU in a Level 1 or Level 2 facility.
• ICU Experience, Drips, Vents, NIH, able to interpret own rhythms.
• Ability to use critical thinking skills and prioritize aspects of patient care; possesses good interpersonal communication skills. Can calculate medication dosages and safely administer medications within the critical care setting.

• Salary: Starting at $46.91 based on years of experience.
• Night Shift $3.00 differential
