More Job Responsibilities of the Surgical Technologist:- Performs necessary technical skills in a scrub role requiring aseptic technique as required through the standards of operating room care.
- Documents accurately on all records.
- Attendance and being on time, ready to work scheduled hours is an essential job function.
- Prepares the operating room for surgical procedures.
- Anticipates the needs of the surgical team.
Job Qualifications of the Surgical Technologist:- Graduate from an accredited educational program for surgical technologist and current CST.
- BLS is required.
- Minimum one year of Surgical Tech experience REQUIRED!
Compensation and Benefits of the Surgical Technologist:- Salary: $21-$35; depending on years of experience.
