    Are you a Registered Nurse, Accreditation Manager seeking work in New Orleans, Louisiana and can work a full time, direct hire opportunity?


    Here at SPD Staffing, we are partnering with an established medical center known for its teaching and research work. The right candidate will monitor compliance and coordinate regulatory standards.

    Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse Accreditation Manager:

    • Monitor hospital-wide compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies (i.E. Joint Commission, CMS, QRS, CAP, DHH, hospital licensing) to ensure ongoing survey readiness.
    • Facilitate and coordinate hospital-wide data collection, measurement, trending and dissemination of information regarding regulatory standards and compliance (i.E. Joint Commission, CMS, QRS, CAP, DHH, hospital licensing).
    • Inform all management levels regarding current developments and changes in regulatory standards (i.E. Joint Commission, CMS, QRS, CAP, DHH, hospital licensing).
    • Assists in facilitating quality improvement teams assuring the implementation of strong quality improvement strategies using proven quality methods, tools/techniques.
    • Initiate, coordinate and support necessary changes or action plans and hospital-wide and department-specific performance improvement projects to support regulatory agency standards.

     MUST HAVE Education AND Qualification:

    • Bachelor s degree in a healthcare field required, master s degree preferred.
    • Highly prefer RN, if not an RN you must me extremely well qualified.
    • 2-3 years of healthcare experience in accreditation, performance improvement, and Joint Commission.
    • Healthcare experience must be recent and within a clinical setting.
    • Must have leadership and healthcare experience.
    • Louisiana RN license or compact license required.

    Compensation AND Benefits:

    • Salary: Up to $125k, depending on years of experience.
    • Sign on bonus of $15k. Relo available.
    • Matching 401(k) contributions ranging from 3-9%.
