    Role Business Systems Analyst Location North Chicago, IL 60085 Duration 06 Months Description Primary Needs bull Position will reside within the Innovation, Architecture, and Infrastructure team bull Business Systems Analyst will report to the End User Computing (EUC) and Collaboration Transition Program Manager, running day to day migration planning and coordination activities of the program. Program deals with the Integration. bull Responsible for leading weekly status and ad-hoc project-related meetings, e.g. migration planning, etc. bull Create and maintain Microsoft Project Plans for User Migration Machine (Email, Mobile, Desktop, O365 apps, etc.) File ShareSharePoint Projects. bull Create and maintain a master schedule of migrations o UsersSites o Laptops o Mobile devices o SharePoint sites o O365 applications o Email bull Responsible for movesaddschanges of wave schedule for the entire migration schedule. bull Work with international counterparts to align schedules. bull Send and receive communications for the whole of the migration schedule. bull Responsible for coordinating meetings with other cross-functional groups. bull Assist Program Manager and Project Managers with documenting project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints. bull Escalate any issues andor roadblocks to the Program Manager and Project Sponsor. bull Strong management skillset, including proven ability to lead and drive project success. bull Strong collaboration and communication skills are given the high degrees of strategic impact, change, project complexity, and potential senior executive interactions. bull Contract to run from the candidatersquos start date through the end of July 2021. bull Will execute and deliver in line with below expectations. Expectations bull Develop, execute, and manage migration schedules within the defined scope. bull Ensure transparent reporting of migration schedule status, issues, and risks. bull The individual will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. bull Performs a variety of tasks. bull Be able to work under general supervision. bull A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Specific Responsibilities bull Migration Schedule Control Assess the degree to which changes to the migration schedule, issues and risks will affect the overall migration schedule. Measure performance to assure the project is progressing as compared to the original migration plan. bull Executing Migration Schedule Develops and executes the migration plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. bull Communication Communicate migration schedule progress by producing status reports to provide timely and accurate status and decision support information to project teams, business, and IT management. Makes recommendations based on current migration schedule to resolve issues and manage risks. bull Plan Management Effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members. bull Quality Management Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and functional policies and procedures. Qualifications bull Primary Needs on page 1. bull 8+ years of senior business system analyst or project management experience. bull Individual must be able to work full time will initially work in a remote setting, with the transition to on-site in Lake County, at a date to-be-determined. Preferred Qualifications bull Experience with using Clarity PPM, MS Project, and Excel. bull Familiarity with Organization Change Management experienceknowledge.
