    JOB SUMMARY The SPECTRUM OPERATIONS ANALYST I is responsible for performing financial analysis, business trending, competitive analysis, marketing analysis, overall customer/data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience Identify and analyze all data elements required to produce management reports on business operational performance metrics. Perform financial analysis, business trending, competitive analysis, marketing analysis overall customer/data analysis, new product analysis, forecasting and budgeting. Support management in identifying key performance drivers for management purposes. Analyze all assumptions in long-term financial model. Analyze and report variances of actual performance to metric projections contained in financial model. Develop ad hoc reports as necessary and ensure accuracy of data produced. Provide weekly Executive Summaries of Key Performance Indicators. Perform other duties as requested by supervisor REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS/ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE Ability to analyze and interpret data Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure Ability to manage multiple projects at one time Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.) Ability to work independently Proficiency in data analysis, report creation Knowledge of cable television products and services preferred EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Math, Economics or related field, equivalent training, education and experience RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE 0-2 YEARS: Quantitative analysis experience WORKING CONDITIONS Office environment Fast paced, start up environment BDA335 291623 291623BR
