A SPENGA studio manager is a positive, energetic and efficient individual who warmly welcomes and takes care of members. This individual is responsible for the performance and success of the studio. This encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations, from maintaining staff management, to the development of the SPENGA brand. Responsibilities also include sales of memberships, membership retention and community outreach to build the SPENGA brand.
Strong management and leadership abilities
Previous sales experience required
Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy

Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
Maintain clean facility
As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships.
