Position Summary:
Experience Managers are responsible for providing SPENGA Dayton members and potential members with a high-end fitness experience while cultivating an inclusive community based environment. Our Experience Managers are responsible for managing day to day operations of the SPENGA Dayton front desk under the supervision of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. Experience Managers are responsible for maintaining a SPENGA CLEAN lobby and studio. Experience Managers are responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to both members and our guests. Experience Managers are expected to implement our membership sales process and promote the SPENGA brand at all times.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Strong management, leadership, and organization abilities
Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients
Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-ends goods & services preferred
Ability to multitask
Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
Contagious upbeat personality
Motivation and drive
Fitness background is a plus*
