Position Summary:

We're searching for a dynamic General Manager to lead our team at SPENGA Pasadena. A SPENGA General Manager is a positive, energetic and efficient individual who is motivated by sales, believes in changing lives through fitness, warmly welcomes and takes care of members.The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations of the SPENGA studio, from maintaining the books to the development and promotion of the SPENGA brand.The General Manager may also be the Sales Manager who will be responsible for sales of memberships and building business at the studio. WE'RE SEARCHING FOR:• Strong management and leadership abilities• Motivated and driven by a sales environment and the belief that we are changing lives through fitness• Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients• Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or luxury sales & services preferred• Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy, must have a willingness to learn

• Contagious upbeat personality with the ability to transfer positive energy• Excellent customer service and sales skillsRESPONSIBILITIES:• Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations• Manage all operational aspects of the business including but not limited to: ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, payroll, scheduling, cleanliness• Lead, train, motivate and manage all staff to represent SPENGA• Sell memberships and retail• Retain and increase client participation• Submit accurate and timely reports• Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships• As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
