SPENGA Omaha is hiring a sales & marketing manager to be responsible for the day to day sales performance, marketing, and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day lead generation, tracking, membership sales, marketing, community events, and managing a sales team dedicated to promoting the SPENGA brand.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Strong management, leadership, and organization abilities
Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients
Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-ends goods & services preferred
Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy

Job Requirements:
Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
Manage all sales aspects of sales & marketing including
lead generation processes
grass roots marketing
social media marketing
establishing business to business relationships
lead tracking
customer engagement campaigns
Lead, train, motivate, and manage staff to represent SPENGA
Sell memberships and retail
Retain and increase client participation
Submit accurate and timely reports
Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
