At Spenga, our goal is to share an experience that introduces people to start a fitness journey. We look to help people better themselves by using our proven program that delivers results. Our workout helps to build strength, increase energy and surpass plateaus to tone and shape the body like nothing they have ever done before. We are looking for a strong person interested in growing with Spenga, who’s ready to take on the work and responsibilities that will encourage our members to be successful in their journey. Your primary focus will be meeting and exceeding sales expectations with the goal of introducing as many people as possible to Spenga.

Job Qualifications:- Health and Fitness minded- Successful sales experience with strong closing skills- Excellent people and customer service skills- Solid verbal and communication skills- Able to perform well in a busy environment - Computer skills required - MBO program- Flexible hours - workday/evening and or weekends- High School Diploma- Works well with others as part of a teamJob Duties:- Conducts telephone inquires/ follow up calls/ customer care calls- Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile - Establishes a friendly and positive atmosphere - Accurately follows the daily cleaning checklist shift activities- Maintains and upkeeps the facility - Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients- Capable of processing accurate cash and credit card transactionsWe are currently in our buildout so you will begin your journey with us in our pre-sales office as we transition into a fully operational Spenga studio. Full Time and Part Time Available Compensation is hourly plus commission
