    An unrivaled fitness experience is coming to Downtown Chattanooga!Unlike any fitness studio of its kind, SPENGA combines three essential elements of fitness to create what’s simply known as the best workout ever. Our unique studio fills a gap in the fitness market and delivers cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training, all in one 60-minute session.We're seeking outgoing, motivated, proactive, customer-focused desk associates!Duties and Responsibilities

    Communication

    ● Utilize the phone in a professional manner for incoming and outgoing calls, to include providing information to current and prospective clients and selling memberships.

    ● Provide excellent customer service to build client relations

    ● Greet all incoming clients and visitors with a warm and friendly welcome

    ● Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in electronic communication.

    ● Ensure all client-follow ups are completed by the end of business or within 24-hours.

    Sales / Tours

    ● Explain the SPENGA model and equipment to new clients and prospects

    ● Provide studio tours and explain equipment to prospective clients

    ● Monitor retail merchandise, including selling clothing items, food items, stocking merchandise, and other duties as directed by managers

    ● Sell memberships and class packages to clients by utilizing phone, text, email, and in-person visits

    ● Previous sales experience required, preferably in a fitness, retail, or corporate space, selling high-end goods or services

    ● Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations

    Administrative

    ● Complete accurate and timely reports

    ● Maintain, clean, and organize fitness studio to include reception area, bathrooms, and equipment on a daily basis

    ● Clean, set-up, and reset studio equipment after each session

    Client and Community Engagement

    ● Retain and increase client participation

    ● Contact local businesses for B2B relationships

    ● Assist with special events and community outreach

    ● As a SPENGA team member, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.

    Requirements

    ● Years of experience: Preferably 2-3 in a retail or corporate setting

    ● High school diploma, some college experience preferred

    ● Certification in adult CPR, AED, and First Aid (training will be provided, if needed.)

    ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

    ● Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure in an ever-changing, face-paced environment.

    ● The ability to prioritize work flow according to immediate demands

    ● Highly skilled in technology (computer software programs, Google Drive, Excel) and social media platforms.

    ● Willingness to learn and be coached

    ● Shifts include the following times: early morning, mid-day, evenings, weekends, some holidays

    Part-time, 20-30; Full time 35 - 40 hours per week
