Position Summary:
Our Front desk Sales Associates are responsible for the sales performance and operations of the studio. The job encompasses Studio operations and membership sales.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Willingness to dig-in and maintain the Studio including equipment cleaning
Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-ends goods & services preferred
Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
Contagious upbeat personality
Motivation and drive
Computer skills
Experience with MindBody preferred but not required;
Job Requirements:
Greet and manage the Front desk
Work with the team to clean the Studio (i.e., wiping down equipment)
Manage all sales aspects of the business including
lead generation
grassroots marketing
establishing a business to business relationships
lead tracking
Lead, train, motivate and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
Sell memberships and retail
Retain and increase client participation
Submit accurate and timely reports
Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
