Part Time Member Experience Associate *Must be free Weekday Mornings and Weekends*
Our Member Experience Associates are energetic and efficient individuals who warmly welcomes and takes care of members. Compensation is hourly, plus sales commission.
You will be required to perform a wide variety of roles including cleaning, greeting members, studio tours, maintenance, outbound sales calls, lead generation and lead follow up.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients
Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-ends goods & services preferred
Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
Contagious upbeat personality
Motivation and drive
Available on Saturdays and willing / able to sub other shifts (including early mornings and evenings)
Job Requirements:
Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
Manage all sales aspects of the business including
lead generation
grass roots marketing
establishing business to business relationships
lead tracking
greeting new prospects when they enter our SPENGA studio and help get them set up before introducing them to their instructor, receiving a studio tour, etc
discussing and selling membership options with new prospects after each session
Sell memberships and retail
Retain and increase client participation
Submit accurate and timely reports
Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
We pride ourselves on having the cleanest studios, therefore ALL SPENGA staff must help keep the studio clean!!
