    SPENGA combines the three pillars of fitness for the Best. Workout. Ever! We We believe strong bodies and minds are created through the power of ride, rep, revive. SPENGA is the first studio of its kind, to put equal focus on all three components in one 60-minute workout, through a combination of spin, strength and yoga.

    We are looking for positive, energetic and efficient individuals with a passion for fitness and people! The Membership Sales Associate works closely with the Studio Manager on all aspects of the membership sales process. Tasks include opening the studio, relationship building, booking first class appointments, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Membership Relations Coordinator also assists with retention and ensuring current members are receiving the highest level of customer service. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. This is a part-time position that requires availability to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Ability to work early morning shifts

    Strong management and leadership abilities

    Ability to work and function in a team environment. We believe we are stronger together than as individuals!

    Motivation and drive

    Previous sales experience required; preferably high-end goods or services

    Willingness to learn. We believe that every day is an opportunity to learn or try something new!

    Excellent customer service and sales skills

    Strong verbal/written communication skills

    Strong computer skills required with knowledge of MS office programs (Excel, Word)

    Experience and/or certifications in personal training, group training, Spin and yoga are a plus but not required

    Job Requirements:

    Work with the opening instructor to open the studio and ensure the facilities are clean and ready for the day

    Guide prospective members through every step of the membership sales process to ultimately close the sale

    Assist with lead generation. Bring prospective members new members to the studio through community outreach, social media marketing, or other innovative techniques

    Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations

    Assist with set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes as needed.

    Maintain clean facility

    As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.

    Compensation:

    Fixed hourly rate commensurate with experience + commission
