    SPENGA Nashua is HIRING an Assistant Studio Manager and looking for energetic, wellness minded individuals to add to our amazing crew and share the Best. Workout. Ever!

    SPENGA combines the three pillars of fitness - cardio, strength, and flexibility - into one 60-minute workout in a boutique setting with aromatherapy, DJ-inspired beats, and a wildly entertaining and supportive atmosphere, we deliver a multi-sensory experience and WERK through 20 minutes of Spinning, 20 minutes of HIIT based Strength Training, and 20 minutes of Yoga in every session.

    Position Summary:

    A SPENGA Assistant Studio Manager is a positive, energetic, and efficient individual who warmly welcomes and takes care of members. Additional duties include Membership Sales, Social Media Marketing, Community Outreach, and studio maintenance. The Assistant Studio Manager position also includes a membership to SPENGA Nashua and a monthly performance-based bonus plan.

    Qualifications:

    Strong leadership abilities

    Previous sales experience recommended

    Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting fitness philosophy

    Excellent customer service, sales, and time management skills

    Flexibility in schedule

    Job Requirements:

    Direct report to the Studio General Manager.

    Sell memberships and retail – meet and exceed sales and retention expectations.

    Maintain a “SPENGA Clean” studio at all times, ensuring that all equipment is in working order.

    · Responsible for the studio social calendar including in studio member events and community outreach events

    · Responsible for the studio’s social media presence including daily studio specific updates and upcoming events promotion. (This includes Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reels, etc.)

    · Follow up on any outstanding member/prospect issues and prospect sales.

    · Aid GM in Prospect Management – Ensure that the staff on shift is fully capable of properly executing the sales process and able to appropriately manage the session.

    · Maintain up to date on SPENGA Corporate operational procedures and studio software systems.

    · Community outreach and events with local businesses, clubs & schools.

    Identify and attend at least one community event per month to promote our studio and the SPENGA brand

    This position requires opening/closing shifts and occasional weekend hours
