Position Summary:
Our front desk associates are responsible for performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations including but not limited to opening the studio, maintaining cleanliness, greeting members, calling leads, addressing client concerns, attending outside events, and promoting the SPENGA brand.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organization abilities
Ability to create a successful environment for employees and clients
Previous sales experience is a plus; the fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferred
Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy

Job Requirements:
Maintain positive energy in the studio for members
Help grow the studio by
lead generation
establishing business-to-business relationships
lead tracking
Prospects follow-ups
Cleaning the studio after every session
Opening and / or closing the studio
Sell memberships and retail
Retain and increase client participation
Submit accurate and timely reports
Promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
