    Installs, maintains and upgrades computer hardware/software for the corporation. Repair or replace computer hardware accordingly. Diagnose and solve hardware/software related problems. Applies and maintains various software, patches, fixes and drivers. Maintain the daily operations of all corporate server platform and peripheral equipment to ensure proper functionality.

     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •  Ensure that all computers and associated equipment are operational at all times.
    • Monitors hardware systems using operating systems and executes daily backups.
    • Provides technical support to users.
    • Installs and maintains the organization's computer hardware, software and network infrastructure.
    • Sets up user accounts and profiles.
    • Troubleshoots problems that arise and resolves them in a minimally disruptive manner.
    • Installs and repairs computers and related peripheral equipment.
    • Diagnoses and repairs hardware malfunctions.
    • Investigates and resolves user software and hardware problems.

    RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Must have strong organizational skills.
    2. Strong ability to maintain, install and upgrade computer hardware/software.
    3. Working knowledge of Microsoft operation system versions.
