Sprious is seeking a high-energy, well-organized, and compassionate Account Manager to assist our customers with their needs, as well as developing & nurturing relationships with our existing users.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
70% of your time will be spent on Account Management duties
30% of your time will be spent on answering customers incoming questions through our Customer Success channels
Become a product expert of our products and services
Reach out to customers regarding upgrades, cancellations, or other account concerns
Build and maintain contacts, pipeline, and workflows in our CRM platform
Search out new business opportunities within our existing customer base
Serve as a sales liaison between the Customer Success team and the Sales team
Work on QBR (quarterly business review) content and presentation materials
Collaborate with the marketing team on customer initiatives to drive sales growth
Follow up on CSAT and NPS survey responses
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and client relationship management with demonstrated success in the following areas:
Maintaining existing relationships and accounts
Upselling, cross-selling, and engaging with inactive customers
Consistently communicating in a professional, customer-focused manner
Listening to customer needs and asking thoughtful, probing questions
Personable - you will need to be able to work with all customers with dedication and empathy
Highly organized - we are data driven and constantly working to improve our processes, and want you to help us do so
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
High personal integrity and character
A passion for making customers successful
Experience with CRM platforms is desirable, but not required
This is not a remote position - we are seeking a candidate that is able to work in the Lincoln, NE office for this role.
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
