    Job Description

    Full time / $10 - $14 per hour / 1st shift (Monday to Friday, 6am - 4pm, possible Saturdays)

    Company is looking for a Customer Service Clerk who is organized, responsible, and trustworthy. Will be responsible for providing helpful information, answering questions, and taking orders. Will also assist with administrative support in order to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate administrative operations.

    DUTIES:

    • Basic clerical tasks and providing friendly customer service
    • Operating office equipment, answer phone calls, taking and relaying messages
    • Sorting and filing paperwork
    • Faxing / Scanning
    • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify information as needed
    • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Assist customers by taking orders of product(s)
    • Assist other department staff as necessary
    • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
    • Perform other duties as required.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must pass background check and drug screen
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Good time management skills
    • Great customer service skills
    • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Light lifting/carrying
    • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
    • Office or business-like attire
