    Job Description

    SQA Services is a global quality assurance consulting firm. We have clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and aerospace industries all around the world, and we manage engineering, inspection and audit programs on their behalf. We have a team of over 400 Associates in 45 countries who we interact with on almost a daily basis.

    WHAT WE NEED:

    We are in search of a Program Coordinator (PC) to join our team. A PC is a crucial member of our Operations Department and is responsible for scheduling and maintaining the daily administrative tasks and data entry into our internal system. This involves interacting with clients and suppliers, frequent phone calls and emails, and the management of critical data within our systems.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1+ years of office experience (entry level)
    • Past experience communicating with suppliers / companies directly through email or phone a plus
    • Good telephone communication skills
    • High attention to detail and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
    • Dependability, drive, and good computer and software skills

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Taking initiative to reach out to supplier contacts and follow through to ensure accurate information.
    • Continuous follow ups to gather crucial information and lead the process to success
    • Phone calls and email communication with clients and suppliers
    • Data entry into SQA’s internal system
    • Managing data/reports or scheduling activities
    • Overflow activities from other business units, as needed
