COMPANY:

SQA Services is a Quality Assurance and Supply Chain consultancy firm. SQA manages Quality Inspection, Engineering and Supplier Development programs for Fortune 500 companies in many industries including Medical Device, Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics, and Pharmaceutical manufacturing. Clients leverage SQA’s global network of Quality Professionals as an extension of their own Supplier Quality teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
• Screens resumes, interviews candidates, administers appropriate assessments and reference checking.
• Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
• Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
• Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years of previous experience as a recruiter
• Technical recruiting experience is desired
• Experience using applicant tracking systems
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
