    Job Description

    SQA is a leading Quality Assurance and Supply Chain solutions firm. SQA manages Supplier Audit and Supplier Development programs for clients in quality-critical industries, including Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Automotive, Aerospace, and Electronics manufacturing. Clients leverage SQA’s network of Quality Professionals in more than 90 countries as an extension of their own Supplier Quality teams.

    We are looking for a Program Administrator who has experience with supply chain management systems and supporting audits within the pharmaceutical industry.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support creation of pre-audit packages for the audit team that includes: collecting information for audits, navigating through several systems, sending document packages to relevant team members
    • Data entry
    • Ensure corporate auditors are properly equipped to be successful

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Basic understanding of quality management systems - Understanding CAPA, deviation, validation, etc...
    • Experience within the life science industries preferred
    • Trackwise experience preferred
