    Job Description

    Looking for efficient, punctual, well organized real estate marketing assistant with internet/social media marketing experience and experience preparing professional OM, CMA. I am a real estate agent in the process of expansion looking for someone to help me to create, implement and maintain social media presence, and a person able to wear many hats to become integral part of my business.

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    Social Media Marketing a MUST – Must be able to build a presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Yelp, website, other platforms, as necessary. Create, modify, post content suitable for each platform in timely manner.

    Graphic Design Skills – Must be able to create flyers, postcards, and other printable materials using existing templates and creating new ones. Work with printing companies, vendors and coordinating delivery of marketing material pickup/mailing. Must have an eye for cohesive design and be able to follow design guidelines, as necessary. Maintain/update/create/post content on website.

    Property valuations a MUST – Must know how to create professional OM, CMA.

    Strong computer knowledge required – Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Photoshop), basic network printing/scanning, general computer, and data security techniques. Keep computer files and documents organized, both on local PC and on network. Basic data backup knowledge.

    Strong writing skills – Must be able to write property descriptions, including in a format suitable to various media platforms (websites, postcards, flyers, social media, etc.).

    Customer Service Skills a MUST – As the Agent Liaison you will be managing the Agent’s social media and web presence, all marketing packages/materials from design to distribution, to coordination and miscellaneous tasks. It will be your job to prioritize, managing your time and the agent’s expectations. You must be professional, efficient, composed, and able to work with multiple personality types. You will be asked to assist with scheduling, answering calls, walkthroughs, miscellaneous tasks as needed.

    Must be self-organized, motivated, able to multitask, and have creative problem-solving skills and ability to understand and anticipate the needs of the agent.

    Experience:

    Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)

    Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)

    Requirements:

    Social media.

    Excellent MS Office knowledge, Excel, Google Suite, Dropbox.

    Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

    Proficient in DocuSign, MLS, Compass app/Compass tools, Docusign, MLS, Zipforms.

    Familiarity with office gadgets and applications.

    Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

    Discretion and confidentiality.

    Skill set to learn and implement new apps/software/platforms as needed.

    Reliable transportation, car insurance and clean driving history is required. You may be needed to make property visits, attend showings, or host open houses on occasion, as needed. Many of our listings are within close range.

    Competitive pay structure based on experience, consisting of salary or hourly base, plus additional bonuses based on performance.
