Job Description

Design & Drafting

• Lead the creation of 2D and 3D CAD drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Translate sketches, concepts, and client requirements into production-ready designs
• Prepare CNC-ready layouts and DXF files for manufacturing
• Ensure all drawings meet technical, manufacturing, and quality standards

Operations & Process Improvement

• Own and maintain drawing standards, templates, and best practices
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all design outputs
• Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize workflows and execution
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance design and manufacturing efficiency

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a key technical point of contact for clients and distributors
• Coordinate design requirements and process orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain clear, professional communication across internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience
• Producing full drawing sets (WSDs)
• 3-5 SolidWorks + AutoCAD required
• Preferred IT experience
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
• Familiarity with generating files for CNC cutting machines
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently

Additional Information

Salary: $70,000-$75,000
