Hiring: Senior Job Captain - Restaurant | Hospitality Exp.

We are hiring an SR. Job Captain to join our Restaurant/Hospitality Group in either our Irvine or San Diego studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Captain/JR. PM duties, design through construction phases, project delivery, etc.
• Drive architectural design and project delivery process across all phases – from conceptual design through construction administration.
• Work closely with Architects, PMs, and Leadership, ensuring client relationships, project objectives, and deadlines are met, and maintain design integrity and quality standards.
• Construction documentation, detailing, and coordination with consultants.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to manage project budgets, timelines, and approvals.

Project Expertise: Candidates should have recent and proven experience managing projects in one or more of the following sectors:

• Restaurants, high-end
• Hospitality, including hotels and entertainment venues

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in architectural projects as a Job Captain/SR. JC
• BS in Architecture and/or MS in Architecture
• 5+ Years of project exp. in Restaurant | Hospitality (Either/both)
• Strong technical knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and permitting processes
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and design software tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• In the process of CA RA/License, or completed (not mandatory)
