A day in the Life:

Research Specialist-as the Research Specialist at Rhonemus Group you are the foundation of our Team Centered Approach. You are directly involved in driving high quality research and market intelligence while using the latest technology tools to create actionable, and timely content for our candidates, and clients. This role is great starting point to learn the nuts and bolts of the search business, and how data impacts all involved.

We are exclusively focused on Executive Search, and Talent Management supporting regional, community banks, and fintech throughout the US.

Our Difference: Why should you talk to us vs any one of the other zillion staffing or recruiting companies? All of our work is retained, meaning we are paid up front on every engagement. This is very different compared to contingency where you and the firm are working for free. Yes, the business cycle is longer, and it is a different type of selling to get retained business. Our success rate is nearly 90%, whereas contingency ranges between 12-15%.
