Our retained Central Ohio community bank client is looking to expand their Commercial Lending team with the addition of a Credit Analyst to support market expansion and growth.

This client is a de novo bank, which makes this role a great opportunity to be a part of something truly special. The leadership team has been brought back together to create another home-grown business customer focused bank with local roots and look decision making.

Our new Credit Analyst will take a very active role to help the Commercial team with approvals, denials, and alternative loan structures. The candidate of choice is looking for more, wants to be more involved in risk rating, and looking at all possible angles to help the bank and their small business customers for the greatest possible avenue to success. In this role, you are working closely with the Commercial Lenders to educate on the best way to package, and present alternative loan strategies and ideas to help grow the bank's commercial presence.

This is not your big bank credit operation; our client is focused on delivering outstanding customer service internally to their Commercial Lenders which in turn creates higher external customer satisfaction.
