We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information to Resorts. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about apparel lines.
• Act as a liason between manufacturer and retail outlets 
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Create reports and update sales figures
