Responsibilities: Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Technology driven A successful and proven sales history is preferred Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth Show good organizational and time management skills Great communication and social skills • Must have reliable transportation and a drivers license Compensation: $84,000 + at plan earnings
