POSITION SUMMARY:
The BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES ASSOCIATE is responsible for developing and implementing a growth strategy within a defined territory. As a member of the Business Development team the BD Sales Associate contributes to the success of the entire team and is expected to work with the Regional Managing Director to support annual goals and sustain long term sales growth. This person will develop an understanding for our customers’ needs, effectively work with other members of the BD and relationship management team to cultivate relationships and effectively communicate our value propositions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for growing and nurturing the company brand to ensure SRS Acquiom has an ongoing and widespread reputation for exceptional quality and integrity.
This position can be hybrid or fully remote. Ideally candidate would live on the East Coast, preferably in or around New York, NY.
The salary range for this position is between $110k and $140k, depending on level of experience.
