We are currently searching for a Salesforce Developer to join our team for an in-office position.

    The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for supporting our Done for You As A Service (DaaS) platform built into our Salesforce instance. Responsibilities may include automating business processes using Flow/Process builder, supporting and improving the user experience of our Advisor Portal (experience cloud), importing and exporting of data, and supporting other business functions that rely on Salesforce data.     Responsibilities:

    • Automate and streamline business processes using Salesforce
    • Enhance and support our Advisor Portal built on Salesforce Experience Cloud
    • Advise Head of Technology on buy vs build decisions for additional Salesforce offerings
    • Support the Sales and Operations teams in their use of Salesforce day-to-day
    • Integrate other White Glove systems with Salesforce

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years of community cloud development experience
    • Proven Salesforce experience with SOQL, Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Streaming API
    • Well-versed with the Lightning framework
    • Ability to solve complex and high-level problems and application issues
    • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working within an agile workflow

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
    • Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification desired
