POSITION SUMMARY:
The CULTIVATION AIDE provides manual labor to support the activities, operations, and management team of the Cultivation Department abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist Lead Cultivator and Cultivator Technician with daily duties.
Carry out daily cannabis cultivation duties in accordance with established SOP's.
Perform all duties in an indoor cultivation facility.
Ability to take direction and communicate effectively, including carrying out verbal directives.
Complete assigned tasks and projects in accordance with cultivation policies.
Properly document plant inspections, equipment checks and cleaning lists.
Safe handling, use, and cleaning of all cultivation tools.
Provide assistance with equipment maintenance, disinfect cultivation rooms and irrigation equipment.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees, upper management, and other departments.
Abide by and enforce department safety programs.
Adhere to all company and Nevada state policies in an ethical manner.
Perform other duties as assigned: including aiding other departments and general facility maintenance.
Function as a supporting team member, ability to work independently when necessary.
Ensure all department assigned objectives and deadlines are met.
Employee must arrive to work on time.
Employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the Company and the state.

Able to be flexible and work in various sectors of the department as needed or as requested by their direct supervisor; this may include but is not limited to, helping other departments with tasks such as cleaning, moving supplies, equipment, and other task as assigned

Must exhibit caution and reliability with the handling of product in regard to personal safety, as well as product safety.
