    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SUCCESS ORIENTED, VISIONARY ACCOUNT MANAGER TO EXPAND OUR BUSINESS WITHIN OUR FORTUNE 500 INSTALL BASE.

    THIS PERSON WILL HAVE AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY TO HELP MAXIMIZE THE PERFORMANCE OF A CRITICAL GROWTH FUNCTION FOR SSH.COM AND WILL HAVE A CRUCIAL ROLE IN BUILDING OUR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SUCCESS FUNCTIONS. THE ACCOUNT MANAGER WILL REPORT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER US. THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD THEIR OWN DREAM TEAM TO ENSURE WE HAVE A WORLD-CLASS ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TEAM IN PLACE.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    AS THE ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR SSH.COM, YOU WILL:

    • DEVELOPING A SOLID AND TRUSTING RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MAJOR KEY CLIENTS AND COMPANY

    • DEVELOPING A COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF ACCOUNT NEEDS

    • ANTICIPATING ACCOUNT CHANGES AND IMPROVEMENTS

    • MANAGING COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN CLIENTS AND INTERNAL TEAMS

    • MANAGING ACCOUNT TEAM ASSIGNED TO EACH CLIENT

    • RESOLVING POTENTIAL CLIENT ISSUES AND COMPLAINTS

    • STRATEGIC PLANNING TO IMPROVE CLIENT RESULTS

    • NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS WITH THE CLIENT AND ESTABLISHING A TIMELINE OF PERFORMANCE

    • ESTABLISHING AND OVERSEEING INTERNAL BUDGETS WITH THE COMPANY AND EXTERNAL BUDGETS WITH THE CLIENT

    • WORKING WITH THE SALES, MARKETING, SUPPORT, AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TEAMS TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF MATERIALS AND SERVICES ARE BEING PRODUCED AND ALL CLIENT NEEDS MET

    • COLLABORATING WITH THE SALES TEAM TO MAXIMIZE PROFIT BY UP-SELLING OR CROSS-SELLING

    • PLANNING AND PRESENTING REPORTS ON ACCOUNT PROGRESS, GOALS, AND QUARTERLY INITIATIVES TO SHARE WITH TEAM MEMBERS, STAKEHOLDERS, AND POSSIBLE USE IN FUTURE CASE STUDIES OR COMPANY TRAINING

    • MEETING ALL CLIENT NEEDS AND DELIVERABLES ACCORDING TO PROPOSED TIMELINES

    • ANALYZING CLIENT DATA TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

    • EXPANDING RELATIONSHIPS AND POTENTIALLY BRINGING IN ALSO NEW CLIENTS

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • BACHELOR´S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE OR SIMILAR, MASTER’S DEGREE PREFERRED

    • 5+ YEARS’ EXPERIENCE FROM ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT OR PROJECT MANAGEMENT ON CLIENT SIDE

    • EXPERIENCE FROM MANAGING TEAMS

    • ABLE TO MULTITASK, PRIORITIZE, AND MANAGE TIME EFFICIENTLY

    • GOAL-ORIENTED, ORGANIZED TEAM PLAYER

    • ENCOURAGING TO TEAM AND STAFF; ABLE TO MENTOR AND LEAD

    • SELF-MOTIVATED AND SELF-DIRECTED

    • EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP SKILLS

    • ABILITY TO QUICKLY FORM AN N-DEPTH UNDERSTANDING OF COMPANY KEY CLIENTS AND THEIR POSITION IN THE INDUSTRY

    • EAGER TO EXPAND THE FOOTSTEP OF THE COMPANY WITHIN THE CLIENT ACCOUNT AND SOLICIT REFERRALS TO NEW ACCOUNTS
