    Job Description

    • Provides clerical organizational and administrative support to department management and staff. Responsible for the flow of information and documentation into and out of the department.
    • Process all incoming/outgoing mail sorting/prepping and routing work to its final destination. This involves retrieval and opening of daily mail receipts and date stamping/sorting/ prepping/batching documents received. May be required to prepare agendas and minutes. 
    • Document and maintain procedures and protocols relating to the administrative support functions. Complies with departmental and company policies and procedures.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (INDICATE PREFERRED OR REQUIRED):

    • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities. Solid skills in PC and automated office tools. Consistently maintain a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and professional document preparation. Reliability efficiency and superior time management skills are required. Must possess a high level of confidentiality. Ability to work effectively with minor supervision.
