MARKETING PROJECT COORDINATOR

Full-Time, Exempt

WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will be managing and directing a small team of experienced foreign graphic artists, endeavored to design all manner of digital and print media (new products, new packaging, magazine ads, info brochures, etc.) You will be responsible for maintaining excellent communication with project leaders, artists, and vendors throughout the design and development process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Work with Team Leaders to define and map out projects

● Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information

● Supervise projects and coordinate team members workflow on track

● Coordinate with third party vendors to execute marketing efforts

● Arrange information in an artist-friendly way

● Work closely and provide guidance to a team of international designers

● Assign and delegate work to marketing team members

● Develop creative briefs

● Create and communicate realistic timelines for various projects

● Work with marketing leadership team to create and manage branding guidelines

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

● Experience with project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)

● Working knowledge and proficiency with design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator etc.)

● At least two years’ experience in a marketing team or coordinator role

● Willingness to learn new design and management techniques

● Possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written

● Ability to think creatively to make processes more efficient and streamlined

● Experience working with commercial print vendors

● Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory
