Financial Planning Associate

St. Clair Advisors is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual with great organizational skills to become part of our team. As a Financial Planning Associate, you will work directly with the client service team to provide financial and tax planning assistance, as well as client transaction support.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting
• 3-5 years industry experience a plus
• Collaborative mindset and enjoy working in a team-based environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Possess a client-first mentality
• Desire to learn all aspects of comprehensive financial planning including cash management, tax planning and estate planning

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with Client Service Director’s (CSD) in managing client relationships
• Prepare charts, graphs, tables and other visual aids to present during meetings with clients
• Compile financial information and prepare quarterly income tax projections, net worth statements and cash flow analyses
• Execute various other tasks and follow up projects resulting from client meetings
• Research and model financial, charitable, estate, and tax planning topics as needed
• Work on other internal projects and initiatives to serve clients more efficiently and effectively
