Client Service Director

St. Clair Advisors, LLC is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to become part of our team as a client service director. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to a select group of client families by being the primary client relationship manager, or by working in a support role within the client team, depending on individual client circumstances.

What We Are Looking For

• 5 or more years’ experience with individuals and multi-generational families ranging from $10 - $50+ million in net worth
• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Post-graduate degree is desirable
• One or more industry credentials preferred (e.g. CPA, CFP, etc.)
• Tax compliance experience a plus
• Possess a client-first mentality

Duties and Responsibilities

• Proactively maintains and supports client relationships through exceptional client service
• Work with the client team to provide comprehensive wealth planning advice and assist with the identification of specific planning issues and strategies
• Develops and prepares materials for client presentations and analyzes estate planning, tax, trust and philanthropic issues
• Review of individual tax returns
• Thinks creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations, and works with the client team to find solutions to problems that can be complex and non-routine
