STACKHOUSE MANAGEMENT IS CURRENTLY SEEKING FULL TIME EMPLOYEES FOR MANUFACTURED HOME - SET UP, CREW MEMBERS. WE HAVE IMMEDIATE OPENINGS AND ARE WILLING TO TRAIN YOU.

Job Type: Full-time Hours: Monday -Friday 7:00am-4:30pm Pay: $ 16-18 an hour depending on the experience Vacations , paid holidays Health Insurance and 401 K available

Multiple LOCATIONS in OHIO: LOCATION: 2 - Hamilton 1- Cincinnati

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are in a need of employees  with Construction, concrete, new home construction experience etc. New candidates must  know how to read a tape measure, be able to cut boards with a saw, understand pvc pipe protocol and understand level. Anyone that has actually worked in construction or has any building skills.

-Must possess a valid drivers license.

-All tools & materials needed are provided by us.

-Must be able to work outdoors year around, in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to lift 75lbs.

-Heavy machine experience is a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Prepping lots for homes, including providing runners or working with ABS/gravel sets.

-Demo and site cleanup.

-Setting new homes. Including: spotting the homes, blocking/strapping/leveling, water and sewer tie-in, connecting electric, installing skirting and decks.

-Repair and maintenance of park infrastructure including water and sewer lines.

-Setting up of playgrounds and other amenities.

-Landscaping, snow removal, and tree cutting.
