Starr Medical Supply is a full-service medical equipment and supply provider. We carry a full line of medical equipment and supplies along with professional healthcare products. We have an immediate opening for Customer Service/Patient intake staff. Medical equipment experience is a plus. Retail experience required.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

*Become knowledgeable in our products, explain benefits, features, prices, quality, and other information to clients.

*Assist in daily operations of the store.

• Maintain relationships with clients and referral sources.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

*Assist with physical inventory and review merchandise orders and inventory levels.

*Assist customers and referral sources in selecting medical equipment and supplies.

*Provide courteous customer service in person and on the phone.

*Maintain a neat, organized sales floor.

*Assist with customer concerns and complaints.

*Process customer transactions.

*Deliver equipment to customers.

*Other job tasks, as necessary.

Qualifications:

*Must be at least 25 years of age.

• High school degree or equivalent.

*Strong Customer Service skills.

*Must have a valid driver’s license.

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States of America.

Required Skills:

*Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Must be compassionate and able to provide the highest level of customer service.

*Must possess teamwork skills.

*Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.

*Strong computer skills.

*Common Sense.
