    Male Community Support Professional (CSP) Location: Collegeville Schedule: Flexible Hours – Approximately 25 Hours Per Week

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Male Community Support Professional (CSP) to provide individualized support to an adult participant in the Collegeville, PA area. This role focuses on promoting independence, enhancing social skills, and encouraging meaningful community involvement in a positive and supportive environment.

    Responsibilities

    Support the individual with community participation and recreational activities

    Encourage independence in daily living and decision-making

    Assist with building and improving social and communication skills

    Provide companionship and mentorship in community settings

    Help develop confidence and positive routines

    Maintain professional communication with families and team members

    Document services and progress as required

    Qualifications

    Male applicant preferred to meet participant support needs

    Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Patient, dependable, and compassionate personality

    Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred, but not required

    Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism

    Background clearances will be required

    Schedule & Compensation

    Approximately 25 flexible hours per week

    Day, evening, and weekend availability may be discussed based on participant needs
