    Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | New Grads Welcome!

    We are a privately-held, community-focused pediatric therapy provider, is growing—and we're on the lookout for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our dynamic team in Central Virginia. We specialize in helping children with special needs achieve their full potential in a fun, creative, and loving environment. We put the FUN in functional!

    As a full-time Pediatric SLP , you'll provide a blend of early intervention , school-based , and clinic-based services to a diverse population of children. If you're energized by the idea of making a real impact in children's lives (and having a blast doing it), we'd love to meet you!

    What You'll Do:

    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessment tools
    • Develop individualized IFSP, IEP, and clinic goals
    • Implement evidence-based, age-appropriate treatment plans
    • Provide ongoing documentation and progress updates to families, school teams, and early intervention staff
    • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists
    • Deliver therapy in a variety of settings: clinic, home, and school
    • Make a lasting difference in children's lives through creativity, patience, and play

    What We're Looking For:
    Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Virginia
    Strong foundation in communication, phonological, and oral-motor disorders
    Compassionate, playful, and motivated personality
    Excellent documentation and communication skills
    Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings
    Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply!
