About Zaniac South Miami: Zaniac Learning South Miami is on a mission to make STEM education exciting and accessible for K-12 students through small-group, game-based learning. We use tools kids already love—like Minecraft—to explore complex topics in science, technology, engineering, and math. We provide a dynamic space where learning feels like play.

Position Overview: We’re looking for energetic, knowledgeable, and creative individuals to join our team as STEM Instructors. In this role, you'll lead students through our Minecraft curriculum, teaching them about Biomes, Resource Management, and Strategic Thinking using the Scientific Method as a framework. You’ll also have the chance to teach other STEM subjects, depending on your interests and availability.

No prior teaching experience is required—we provide all training and materials. However, strong Minecraft skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sessions for small student groups using Zaniac's hands-on curriculum.

Teach Minecraft Modding concepts including Biomes, coding logic, and trial-and-error strategy.

Create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment.

Support students’ problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Collaborate with the Zaniac South Miami team to ensure instructional quality.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Minecraft and interest in STEM education.

Passion for working with children in grades K–12.

Great communication and leadership skills.

Reliable, organized, and comfortable with flexible schedules.

Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, but not required.
