Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Mad Science Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the mastermind behind scheduling our electrifying birthday parties and shows. You will play a key role in bringing the magic of science to life!

Key Responsibilities: Scheduling fun Mad Science shows, workshops, and parties. Ensuring all programs are perfectly timed. Building relationships and working closely with our existing partners (schools, parks and recreation departments, and parents) to ensure they are thrilled with their experience with Mad Science from scheduling to delivery. Growing our Community by reaching out to potential new clients, from local schools to party planners, to spreading the word about our exciting programs. You will build connections that turn into lasting partnerships.

What we are looking for: A friendly, professional communicator who loves working with people and building relationships A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Sales or customer service is a plus, but a passion for creating memories is a must!
