As a Shift Leader, you are more than just part of the team — you help set the tone for the entire restaurant. You’ll lead by example, support team members, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.

🔥 Your Role

• Lead and oversee daily shift operations from open to close • Run smooth, efficient shifts — often independently — while maintaining high standards • Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-spot training to team members • Prepare and serve quality food that meets Subway brand standards • Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily operational procedures • Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the restaurant • Handle guest concerns professionally and create positive resolutions • Ensure the restaurant is clean, stocked, and ready for the next shift

This position frequently requires running shifts independently. The ideal candidate is confident working on their own, self-motivated, and comfortable making decisions without constant supervision.

PREREQUISITES

Education: Some high school or equivalent Experience: No previous experience required — we will train the right candidate Must be able to work some weekends

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions • Ability to operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and cash register • Ability to work in all areas of the restaurant as needed • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift • Ability to frequently lift 10 pounds and occasionally up to 30 pounds
