At Sterling Commerce Group, we specialize in driving customers to call our sales floor via online marketing methods.  Our biggest client is Dish Network, but we sell a variety of telecommunication and home security services with our newest client being Vivint Smarthome services.

Our sales floor is fast-paced and fun with every call as an opportunity for numerous cross-sale and add-on options, potentially earning up to $45 per sale. Our elite sales team works with you to understand the multiple products that we offer, in order to maximize your pay as sales compensation includes a base hourly rate, weekly bonuses through sales contests plus unlimited sales commissions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to type 30 WPM
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Highly motivated to learn and grow
• Positive attitude while maintaining a healthy competitive nature
• Creative problem solving

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain sales performance in accordance with specific goals established by you and your supervisor
• Follow our proven solutions based sales process
• Adhere to specified call quality standards
• Accurately log call data
• Field inbound calls
• Self-motivated while utilizing outbound sales tools to increase commissions
