    DESCRIPTION

    The Salesforce Administrator supports the Salesforce.com platform and applications throughout their lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to manage tactical execution in a role connecting business operations, technology solutions and the end-user experience. To be successful, the Salesforce Administrator should possess skills in Salesforce configuration, technical troubleshooting, business analysis, data analysis and time management. The ideal candidate is passionate about advocating for optimized business process across business and IT, consistently striving to achieve the best end-user and customer experiences.

     

    ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Works with Sr. Product Manager and business resources to directly support and configure Salesforce.com platform.
    • Manages production support and acts as the subject matter expert for assigned applications and products; champions change requests to improve usability and system performance. 
    • Consults with Sales and Marketing business teams, IT and vendors to gather requirements on new features related to the product roadmap. 
    • Prioritizes small enhancements, working with application specific resources to deliver solutions while maintaining a cadence of regular updates to business stakeholders. 
    • Provides day-to-day vendor relationship support including tracking timely completion of production tickets and adherence to service agreements. 
    • Manages timelines, overall risk and issues as needed for smaller projects and scheduled system releases. 
    • Collaborates with IT project managers and business analysts on cross-functional projects, researching vendor or application impact to the business. 
    • Executes on plans to maintain system health and security; works in partnership with delivery teams to obtain necessary details to insure resource availability and task completion. 
    • Researches Salesforce product, market, business and competitive trends to identify opportunities for product or system growth. 
    • Exemplifies KCS Vision, Values, and Culture in each and every interaction with team, clients, and stakeholders.

     

    IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

    REQUIRED

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job-related major field of study
    • Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator (Salesforce Administrator Certification required)
    • 2 years of experience in a customer facing role
    • 2 years of experience in working with third party vendors

    PREFERRED

    • Knowledge of Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud or other CMS and marketing automation applications is a plus 
    • Experience in SQL, reporting, data analysis or business analysis

     

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • This position has a regular full-time schedule with a normal workweek of Monday through Friday. There may be a need for occasional work after hours or weekends.
    • This position may require minimal travel up to 10% of the time.

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

      • 3+ years of experience in operating a die cut machine.
        • Ability to set up and operate a full range of work on die cut machines including score, die cut, perforate, kiss cut, strip, and blank.
        • Experience with die cut operation on all kinds of substrates including cover board and corrugate
        • Ability to read, interpret and process written instructions including those dealing with dimensions and quantity.
        • Strong math skills and knowledge of simple computer operations.
        • Ability to apply written instructions to machine set-up.
        • Awareness of all procedures required to safely while operating a die cutter, guillotine cutting machine and all other associated bindery equipment.
        • Cooperate with fellow workers and supervisors and team oriented personality.
        • Previous experience in manufacturing industry, preferably specifically relating to machine cutting.
        • Previous knowledge of cutter machines, operation and set-up practices
        • Ability to make and read measurements. 
        • Ability to understand verbal instructions. 
        • Standing 100% of the 8 hour shift.
        • Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, 35 lbs. frequently.
        • Continuous eye concentration. 
        • Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays.

     

    ATTENDANCE:

    • Punctual, regular attendance is an essential job function of employment with RR Donnelley. Overtime, including weekend work is considered a condition of employment. Flexibility to work any shift is required.
