Analyze customer materials, documents, and digital files for errors and resolve issues before releasing to manufacturing. Leading team of 10 to 20 people. Distribute finalized materials and prepare billing information for all charges incurred on the job.  Perform post invoice audit to verify charges.  Maintain accurate records of customer files and materials.  May evaluate digital proofs for color correctness and quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5-7 years of work related experience.
• At least 5 years of direct people management experience including project management of IT, Non-IT, and vendor resources
• Solid experience with HRIS systems to include implementation and maintenance.
• Competent computer skills in MS Office.
• Knowledge of human resources policies and processes
• Understanding of risk, data governance, and audit requirements
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP cloud application is highly desirable but not required.
• HR Systems management
• Lean or Six Sigma process improvement experience
• Working knowledge of HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition
• Prior experience scoping, proposing and implementing projects including the technical requirements as well as the financial justification.
• Masters degree in a related field.
