Machine Repairman 2nd Shift

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

• Visually inspects and listens to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions.
• Provides support to production department.
• Dismantles machines and equipment to gain access to problem area.
• Understanding of production cycle times and production parts/hour targets.
• Performs all duties and operates machinery & equipment according to MIOSHA standards and company procedures using required safety equipment (gloves, sleeves, ear plugs, etc.)

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Maintenance team and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Required experience:

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or
• One to three years related experience and/or training. A journeyman's card is preferred
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
